Welcome to Narcotics Anonymous

NA LogoMany websites have been created about the nature of addiction. This website primarily concerns itself with the nature of recovery. If you are an addict, please give yourself a break and use it.
If you have a problem with drugs or are questioning whether or not you are an addict please come to one of our meetings. You can find one by clicking here or by calling our helpline (888.851.1246). This can be the start of a new life free from the constant pain of addiction.

What is Narcotics Anonymous?

NA is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using.

What is the Red River Region?

The primary purpose of Narcotics Anonymous is to carry the message of recovery to the addict who still suffers.  So that our groups can remain focused on this primary purpose we have formed a service structure.  Several groups pool there resources and form an area, areas join together to form a region, regions combine to make a forum or assembly, and these forums or assemblies comprise the world service conference.  These service bodies take care of things like printing & distributing meeting schedules & other literature, administering phone hotlines, and providing fellowship activities such as conventions.  The Red River Region Service Committee is one such body, made up of the OklaTex, Chisholm Trail, and Trail of Tears Areas of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.  If you are interested in being a part of service or would just like more information click here to go to the service page.  You can also click here to go to the forum, where there's a place to discuss service-related topics and to offer your help.  We only keep what we have by giving it away.
